Where applicable based on service usage, financial transactions must be made using payment methods regularly registered to the account holder. We reserve the right to apply additional verification procedures to process withdrawal requests, in order to ensure security and compliance with current regulations. Management fees may apply, which will be communicated transparently before the transaction.

Using the platform involves inherent financial risks. We cannot guarantee any positive outcome, return, or winnings. The user acknowledges participating at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for decisions made and any losses incurred.

All visible content, logos, trademarks, design, software, and source codes are protected by copyright and belong to their respective owners. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, service interruptions, hardware/software malfunctions, or losses arising from improper use of the system or force majeure events beyond our control.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by competent authorities.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the same jurisdiction.
